Product Returns Policy

Please confirm your order after checking the product description and asking us any questions you may have.

Products will not be returned if they match the description and images provided.

If you wish, you may exchange the received product for another product of the same value or a higher value (in that case, you must pay the price difference).

Products of lower value cannot be exchanged.

Delivery/return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

For products with warranty, we will provide warranty service.

In some cases, the brand itself will provide the warranty service, and you will need to visit your nearest service center.

The cost of sending, collecting, or returning products for service or warranty must be borne by the customer.
